At Nish Hair, we strive for perfection but understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy on all eligible hair extensions and accessories provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order ID and email address to submit a request within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the hair extensions are still attached to the original hygiene seal and packaging; products that have been worn or brushed cannot be accepted.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at a scheduled time, or provide instructions for self-shipping.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
